ohh well then you should just buy it complete... they will let you pick the components you want, like a custom build so you can adjust how much you want to spend

dude in my opinion, sell your deemaxs rims and get like 400-500 for the wheelset (depending on the shape) and get yourself a pair of WTB LaserDisc DH wheel sets.... they are amazing! if i had anymore money i'd buy them.

well keep in mind that when getting a frame everything will fit from your old bike. The only things that might not fit are the BB, headset and rear hub. Those are the only parts that have to be compatible with the shocker. if those parts match up then your good to go and you won't have to buy anything new.

what kind of rims are those?
